There is actually nothing in it which says anything about taking anything away. In fact, what they're saying is pretty much what they've been saying for years. People are confused by what is, and isn't, covered by FDA regs. The FDA is looking into what it can do about that. Shrug. We all want truth in labeling and that's about all this proposal might amount to. Not that government agencies shouldn't be carefully watched, or eliminated, but let's be accurate about what they're saying and leave the rest in the "rants and raves" column. So you are correct. People are confused by what is, and isn’t, covered by FDA regs. The FDA is looking into what it can do about that. Shrug. We all want truth in labeling and that’s about all this proposal might amount to.
