    There is a product sold online that address this problem. It has figured out a way to microstructure water so the oxygen is bound (and stays idefinitely). The body is oxygenated immeditately upon drinking one ounce, and it is made for optimal hydration. It is also high in ph (9.0). I use this product and have had great benefits!
