My personal feeling is that the radio waves are generally harmless, unless you live right next to a powerful tower and maybe even then. It's something to think about, in any case. I personally don’t use a cell phone (I tend to go 3 months at a time without even knowing where it is, so I cancelled my subscription) but my friends and my kids do.

I hope they aren’t “cooking” themselves, but I don’t think we’ll know for sure for a long time.
